Varicella

Direct contact with an infected person or exposure to the respiratory droplets from coughs and sneezes of an infected person or from aerosolization of the virus from the skin lesions.

Bacterial infection of the skin, tissue under the skin, bone, lungs (Bacterial Pneumonia), joint. Blood Viral Pneumonia, bleeding problems, Encephalitis and death.

13 years old up

Diptheria, Tetanus, Pertussis

(DTP)

Direct person to person by intimate respiratory and physical contact. Enters the body through breaks in the skin/wound.

Myocarditis, Polyneuritis, airway obstruction, Fractures, Hypertension, Pulmonary Embolism, Aspiration Pneumonia and death.

Influenza
